Hough Construction Company was established in San Jose, California in January of 1950 by, Chester C. Hough. In 1976, his son, Paul R. Hough Sr., took over the business which became Hough Construction Co., Inc. He still currently serves as President of the company. Then in 1988, Paul R. Hough Jr., assumed the role of Vice President. Paul R. Hough Jr. Is currently head of operations. Paul Jr.'s sons, Justin, Mason and Ryan, have worked as laborers, learning the trade over the last few years, while the eldest earns a Business Degree at St. Mary's College of California. Hough Construction is deeply rooted in family.The Hough Construction team has worked hard over the years to produce the finest quality projects, treating our customers as though they are part of our family.
